To set up your account with us, we would appreciate the following information and items:

  • A completed dealer/distributor registration form (submit information below).
  • A brief description of your place of business.
  • A catalogue of the supplies you carry or a brief description of the same.
  • A business card and/or a copy of your letterhead.

Upon receipt of the above information and approval of your registration, we will be happy to forward to you the dealer/distributor information. Please note that there is a $5000.00 minimum initial net order.
